Many International businesses offshore their Nordic region sales and support functions – but who do they use to find qualified Nordic speakers?
Our business started in 2005 when the Director of a call centre contacted us through a Scandinavian networking group that we belonged to.
He had advertised jobs in London for Danish, Norwegian and Swedish speakers through local recruitment agencies, job boards and multilingual recruitment agencies without success.
It did not take us long to find staff for that first client and it lead to us building a business that now acts as a multilingual recruitment consultancy to many International businesses.
We are a small, highly specialised, team who have created a truly Anglo – Nordic business with a deep understanding of Nordic people and culture. Networking throughout Europe enables us to reach further and deeper into the Nordic community than most recruiters.
As Nordic recruiting is considered to be amongst the most difficult within multilingual recruitment, it is understandable that many of our clients ask Nordic staff to find linguists of all nationalities which is why we now have resources dedicated to non – Nordic vacancies such as German and Dutch.
