In late 2005 we were contacted, via one of the Nordic groups that we belong to, by the Director of a call centre who needed Swedish and Danish speakers for an upcoming project.

He was offering jobs in London for Nordic language speakers and he had found that his usual suppliers couldn’t help him find the right people to staff a Scandinavian language, business to business, telesales project.

We were able to help him – and that led us to wonder whether he was alone in finding it difficult to find staff with Nordic languages.

Within a month we had done our research, registered Nordic Staff as a business, built a basic web site and found our first five clients.

Since that time we have become a valued multilingual recruitment supplier to some of  Europe’s best employers and placed many Nordic speakers in permanent jobs around the World.

In true Nordic style we endeavour to simplify business processes by using cutting edge technology to achieve our goal but we never forget that recruitment is a people business.
