This is a seriously big step up for someone who is currently working as a German speaking Account Manager in a digital agency with 1 or 2 years experience of helping clients to grow their business through digital channels.

Manage process of client opportunities, utilise internal systems to keep a working document of client development and expansion
Collate best practice examples of reporting, client reviews and case studies.
Share internal case studies and findings at external events through medium of presenting, holding webinars
Close interaction with Team Leader, Account Director & Sales team during forecasting and long-term relationship management for key accounts
Work with Data Scientist to review client data and relay back into the business, apply to client strategy at vertical level
Aid Product & Tech teams for future development of product based on client research and needs
Work closely with the global sales team to obtain new client leads and attend pitches for new business, giving insight into the fully managed service offers.
Coordinate team members and support development of team portfolio, working to secure long-term client relationships
Management of client revenue for allocated team members reporting to Team Leader on performance versus target and client growth strategies
Good working knowledge of the digital and affiliate marketing ecosystems is essential
Fluent in German and English
Clear communicator with strong verbal and written skills
Innovative approach with ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment, prioritisation is key
Become a brand ambassador for your clients and align the product suite with their overall marketing strategy
Proficient user of MS Suite – Excel, Powerpoint and Word
Strong commercial awareness and close attention to client financials, budget planning and forecasting
Confidence in presenting to clients and at external events
Salary: £25k-£32k base + 20% bonus.
