Our client is an International business services group with Worldwide headquarters near Oxford (UK).
One of the services that they offer their clients is a subscription renewal service – in effect calling the end user in order to offer continuation of service.
To do this you will manage a portfolio of Norwegian clients whos end users you will interact with.
This is not a hard sell. The people that we are looking for will likely be in roles involving outbound calling to 60 + clients per day and who have a naturally pleasant telephone manner.
A background in renewal sales would be useful but the team also has successful members from the insurance and market research industries.
So if you are used to outbound calling to daily targets you will have a good idea of what the daily workflow will be.
|Experience of telephone sales is beneficial|
Good telephone manner essential
Working knowledge of MS office, including Word Outlook, Excel, Access PowerPoint and the Internet
Advanced administrative and customer care experience
Knowledge of CRM will be a plus point.
Ability to work using own initiative and without direct supervision
Confident communicator and team player
Confident in dealing with very senior people in various organizations
Native level Norwegian. Business level English
Base Salary: £26,000 + up to %40 monthly bonus on achieving targets
Contract: 12 months
