Experience as an account manager working in a fast paced international creative or research agency, making decisions, handling day-to-day operations of agency projects, including research, scope development, creative briefing and job execution
Proven operational excellence in daily blocking and tackling of account/s
Some experience of management of community management team on a global social account
Experience in leading creative accounts as part of a bigger team
Experience within either, Advertising, Media or Brand industry
Account Managers handle the day-to-day operations of projects, including research, scope development, creative briefing and job execution. They are responsible for base-level client contact, management of status meetings, organizing information shared by and with the client, and ensuring agency procedures are followed.
