The European HQ of this International company in Nottingham need to expand their Multi lingual Customer Service team with a number linguists who will support the e-commerce and wholesale teams.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Handle and resolve enquires/orders via email, correspondence and phone
• Understand customer needs, identify and offer most appropriate product/service
• Provide a world class level of customer service
• Monitor own performance undertake training to contribute to ongoing personal improvement, team and departmental capability
– Customer support experience
– Team Player
– Fluent in one of the following languages:
– Excellent command of English
