Reporting to the Managing Director the fundamental role is to develop and implement a sales strategy for Denmark and build a team that supports the rapid growth of the business and maximises new business development opportunities.
You will have overall responsibility for all merchant relationships and consequently the quality and volume of the deals offered to our clients customers.
Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan.
Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals
Establish performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitor performance on a continual basis.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business.
Responsible for managing and controlling the sales budget.
Develop long lasting and ongoing relationships with existing and new business partners
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management capacity in the internet industry.
Strong knowledge and experience within the Lifestyle market of your territory.
Strong leadership background and the ability to develop highly effective teams.
Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences.
A track record of achievement and successful implementation of ideas and concepts
Business related degree
Fluent Danish and English
