They are currently looking to recruit a Danish speaking, customer service agent to join a friendly International team in delivering first class customer service to our clients in Denmark and the UK. You will need to be a great communicator, have the ability to multitask, be reliable and be committed to delivering the best service possible to customers.
The job:
As a customer support coordinator your key duties will include:
Answering inbound calls from existing customers and potential new clients.
Answering customer queries and up selling products where appropriate.
Taking product orders over the phone and passing these on to the relevant administration department.
Answering emails, adhering to company standard templates and phraseology.
Ensuring all complaints are handled appropriately and within required time scales.
Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
