Description:
To provide day to day support to customers with regard to the products offered ensuring, wherever possible, that their service demands are met.
Responsibilities:
To obtain and process orders for the Company’s products.
To provide the major day-to-day liaison point between the Company and its customers.
Provide availability information of our product in conjunction with current available ATP
To manage customer order-books to achieve maximum service levels
To manage customer order-books to ensure we optimise potential sales
Production of monthly management reports regarding customer activity.
Qualifications / Required Skills:
Fluent in the Finnish language (written and spoken)
Proactive and positive approach to work
Strong attention to detail
Ability to plan and prioritise tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good levels of IT skills including experience of Microsoft office programs in particular Excel
Be prepared to learn and develop new skills
Ability to handle potentially difficult people over the telephone in a professional manner.
Experience
Experience of a Customer Service Department within a manufacturing organisation is desirable but not essential.
