Working as a customer service representative for the Danish market within our contact centre, this position requires a highly professional, friendly and organised individual who is confident in dealing with clients via chat, email and telephone whilst maintaining service levels and providing the customer with a Dedicated high quality service.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, highly confident and enthusiastic.
In addition to this the successful person will have excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, possess high levels of motivation in order to deliver an outstanding service to our clients
