We know that, as an Employer, you are all too familiar with Agencies constantly calling you with impressive sales pitches.

Nordic Staff does not follow that practice.

We don’t need to take up much of your time to make our case, so here is our “30 second pitch”.

• Skilled Nordic speaking candidates are in short supply.
• Vacancies outnumber candidates in the UK, Netherlands and Germany.
• Nordic Staff  has the largest network of expat Nordic job seekers.
• Our style is that of a consultancy but our fee structure is that of an agency.
• We have not cold called prospective clients since 2009.
• If you need to shorten your “time to hire” you will need to work with specialists.
• You choose who you work with. So do we. That ensures high levels of satisfaction.
