Finance Manager – Nordic Speaker
We are recruiting for a qualified CIMA or ACCA Finance Manager with fluency in a Nordic language; Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian, Finnish, to be based at our clients head office in Surrey UK, to lead a team providing finance support to the Nordic countries.
Our Client is embarking on a project that will transform its finance operating model, by delivering finance services to the rest of North West Europe.
As they enter into this exciting time they are creating a number of new roles in our corporate finance division and are looking for a talented individual to manage our Nordic team. Ideally you are qualified and have experience of managing staff, or are currently in a lead role with a large organisation.
Your primary focus will be to manage the team of Finance Assistants who manage the cost and profit centre records for the specific country.
The team tasks are to processing transactions in SAP, manage budgets and forecasts, managing purchase orders, payment requests, workflow processing, administration and to be the key contact for budget holders as required.
Experience with SAP is an advantage.
As the Manager you will be required to ensure that all work is completed on time and to manage any escalations as and when they arise.
This also includes setting development plans for the team and conducting appraisals both formally, and informally with the team.
