Our client is a very successful originator of industrial solutions who now need to hire a Finnish speaking sales administrator to work from their UK Hub.
You will be based in the Nottingham Office and work in a team within an extremely busy Technical Sales environment.
The role involves giving proactive and reactive telephone support to customers in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. You will work in very close contact with an internal Project Manager and 1 external Business Development Manger to provide the very best in customer support to our client base in the Nordic countries.
The key elements of the role are to be responsible for a list of prospective and current customers, customer relationship management, Telecare, processing sales orders, sales order forecasting, preparation of sales and customer reports, preparation and renewal of Service Contracts and Sales Lead Generation.
To excel in this position you must be Finnish speaking. You must be able to work well as part of a team and have clear, concise communication skills. You should have the ability to be sensitive to customers’ needs and to inspire confidence in all those you interact with. You should have a friendly, engaging and professional telephone manner and be able to handle those working at all levels in business from the factory floor to director level.
You will need to have good support skills and be capable of building strong relationships within your team and with customers.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports will require you to be accurate, numerate, have good typing and grammatical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, you should have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office with IT skills at a minimum of intermediate level across the board.
You must have a pleasant, friendly and helpful attitude at all times and be able to contribute positively to the team environment by establishing and maintaining strong, inter-departmental relationships.
You will be responsible for driving and coordinating monthly Business Update Meetings involving a Business Development Manager and the internal Project Manager to ensure that all within the team are up to date with current customer status. You will keep an up to date action list of any on-going issues and report back to the team as required.

Salary: £23 – £25,000
