Customer Service Administrator – West London
Our client provides World Wide 24/7 support services to it’s International clients from it’s base in West London.
The Nordic team is expanding and Nordic Staff have been engaged to find 13 new team members to start on 3rd January 2012.
The first round of interviews are in London on the 24th and 25th November 2011.
Applicants MUST have the following experience and qualifications in order to be selected for interview:
• Demonstrated understanding of working within a general Customer Service focused environment. Phone-based experience is preferable.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Skills / Knowledge
• IT literate and proficient in the usage of contemporary computer software including Microsoft Outlook and Word.
Native level Norwegian + business level English
All work is shift based 3 days working then 4 days off.
