This position is the first of a new Sales team that will sell this Swedish product in to UK clients.
To be the first point of contact for all clients.
To develop the UK market
To provide effective case management support to customers so that queries are resolved ?fast and right?.
To escalate complex or unusual issues to Customer Support Supervisor when they arise.
Minimum of 2 years in a front line sales of medical devices
Proven ability and aptitude for effective communication with customers
Fluent Swedish + business level English
Proficient MS Office user
