Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce company, looking for a new Customer Service Representative. They are expanding rapidly and are now active in a dozen European markets, including Sweden and Denmark.
They are a well-established resource for many Swedish and Danish customers and are now in need of expanding the team with a Customer Service Representative who speaks both Swedish and Danish.
About the role:
Handling all incoming customers contacts by phone and email
Handling all incoming orders
Resolve customer queries such as deliveries and prices
Providing all customers with a high standard of customer service
Fluent in Swedish plus good Danish
Excellent written and spoken in English
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills
Good telephone manner
Good computer skills
1-year experience of Customer Service is a plus
