Manage the relationships with hotels once they have gone live on the website by providing high levels of customer service and account management support. Act as main point of contact with the hotel to communicate any developments in service, products, website or systems e.g. most recently ‘guest reviews.’

 This role is ideal for an articulate and energetic Nordic speaking person with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will have experience within a customer services or customer-facing role and will be passionate about providing the best possible levels of customer service.
