Our client is one of the world’s largest Financial Software Vendors.
Support Representatives provide first line support to Swedish customers – differentiating between genuine “bugs” and user issues.
• Answering calls to the Hotline and providing solutions where possible.
• Ensuring Service Quality levels are maintained.
• Ensuring all calls and reports are diagnosed within ½ day of assignment
• Logging bugs into the RD Bug Database
• Reviewing outstanding calls and ensuring the clients are kept informed of progress
You should be motivated and positive, with an eye for detail and have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
