My client is a high profile, UHNW, business leader who travels globally throughout the year to meet his business and community responsibilities. He has a small team of assistants who are responsible for his personal logistics and well being whilst traveling.
To be considered for this role you will need to be:
A native Nordic language speaker
A logical problem solver
An independent thinker
Able and willing to travel extensively across the globe (c70% of the year).
You do not need specific experience as this team and its style is unique to my client. To him, the desired team dynamic comes from individuals being smart, flexible, focused and responsible.
So what exactly is the job?
In its simplest terms, the team meet in my clients home country prior to travel and travel with him to whatever his particular engagement may be (and for however long is required) ensuring that his logistical and well being needs are met.
The team only assemble when he is travelling
You will have your own area of responsibility – likely to be the auditing and movement of personal property worth in excess of $5mln
It will be a culture shock for the successful applicant as you will be entering a world that you presently have no experience of – very few people do.
As you will be part of my client’s personal team you will be accompanying him as he travels in the manner that facilitates his needs; so private jets, super yachts and stunning properties will become your “normal”.
Pay and Benefits
We will discuss the package at stage 2 of the application procedure but expect £60,000 ++ and large company benefits.
