To grow the client base
To ensure a robust pipeline of opportunity
Part of a small client servicing/development team, the candidate will report to the Brand Development Director and the role will involve:
To generate face to face appointments with client decision-makers
Primarily cold calling, emailing and social media support campaigns targeting the agreed prospect list
Email follow up of mailers, newsletters and other initiatives as appropriate
Submit weekly reports on prospecting activity
This relies on developing a thorough understanding of the creative offer to enable the right conversations with prospects and discover opportunities.
CRM Admin and Research
Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organisation and gather information on targets. Input data into the CRM to keep it up to date.
Input all prospecting data into CRM
Working with the client services team, proactively self-inform on client business issues, brands and categories.
Business development support
Suggest and develop new targeting initiatives
Work with the client services team to develop opportunities within their client base
Finnish speaker with business level Swedish and English
Self-motivated, happy and able to function independently (with minimum direction)
Driven to make cold calls/Highly motivated.
Experience in telesales and/or design industry
Articulate, with excellent phone manners and able to craft well-written e-mails
Upbeat and self-confident
Able to develop client relationships remotely (phone/emails)
Organised and meticulous (diligent in maintaining database and reporting)
Friendly, self-aware, collaborative, fits into a small team, able to gain support from seniors and juniors
Adaptable and flexible (e.g happy to assist manually with mailshots)
Able to use ppt/excel
