Successful candidates will support new users of a premium healthcare solution.
As a Customer Advisor on the Swedish team, you will offer first-level support to consumers.
Your support of new consumers will be a practical and meaningful part of their path toward a healthier lifestyle.
Your mission is to deliver that support via live chat, phone, video, email or social media.
In order to join this high-performing team in London’s docklands you will have:
A logical approach to resolving issues.
Significant experience in working with Consumers, either face-to-face or remotely via phone.
Excellent grammar and spelling
Excellent attention to detail
You will be:
A native level Swedish speaker
Proficient in computer technology and systems
Able to positively influence others
A great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Basic Salary £27,000 Bonus to 15%
