Customer Advisor – Danish Team

August 1st start.

Our client is an international business with more than 50,000 employees working in 30 languages. They urgently need 4 Danish speakers to join the London team.

Successful candidates will support new users of a premium healthcare solution – one that is focused on helping people to stop smoking.

As a Customer Advisor on the Danish team, you will offer first level support to consumers who are transitioning from traditional smoking to a healthier alternative.

Your support of new consumers will be a practical and meaningful part of their path toward a healthier lifestyle.

Your mission is to deliver that support via live chat, phone, video, email or social media.

In order to join this high performing team in London’s docklands you will have:

A logical approach to resolving issues.
Significant experience in working with Consumers, either face to face or remotely via phone.
Excellent grammar and spelling
Excellent attention to detail

You will be:

A native-level Danish speaker
Proficient in computer technology and systems
Able to positively influence others
A great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Basic Salary £28,100 + Bonus to 15%
