THE ROLE.
– Pro-actively sell to and provide top quality customer service to Nordic accounts.
– To meet and and exceed sales and customer service targets
– Be able to up-sell and cross-sell to maximise retailer profitability.
– You will build and maintain rapport, understand customer’s needs.
– You need to add value at every opportunity.
THE PERSON.
– Ideally 2 years (or more) customer service experience within a sales environment.
– Able to listen well, influence and problem solve.
– Have the ability to adapt your communication style.
– Team player with a calm and professional approach.
– Articulate, dynamic, confident and enthusiastic.
– Fluent in Danish and ideally Swedish + English
Base salary + OTE (sales commission)
