Enterprise Sales – Software- Oslo

We are looking for a highly-driven and self-motivated individual to join our clients Enterprise Sales Team in Oslo. On offer is an attractive compensation package which includes a base salary and an uncapped commission plan plus benefits. If you are well connected within the Norwegian IT and software market and have established a network of contacts in the Microsoft Technology ecosystem, you are the perfect candidate for this challenging position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– Develop new prospects and expand existing accounts
– Establish close relationships and introduce our products to our largest customers
– Conduct in-depth product presentations to existing and prospective customers to determine solution needs
– Provide onsite sales and business development support
– Guide customers through the purchasing process
– Provide high level of customer service and serve as a liaison between customers and applicable company departments
– Manage complex sales cycles in order to generate incremental revenue according to specific targets
– Meet and exceed revenue goals and uphold a monthly and quarterly forecast against assigned quota
– Record accurate customer data to the CRM system
– Coordinate sales engineering support
– Ensure successful deployment of our products and customer satisfaction
– Manage assigned territory and/or assigned accounts

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications

– University degree or similar educational background; technical or business related studies preferred
– 5 to 10 years of relevant sales/ business development experience with at least 3 years sales experience in Enterprise Software, Portal/Collaboration Software, Microsoft Industry, and Microsoft SharePoint
– Demonstrated ability to present effectively, and to sell to high level Fortune 500 accounts
– Effective oral and written communication skills with solid customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customers
– Excellent negotiation, organization, and teamwork skills
– Fluency in Norwegian and English is a must
– Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team setting
– Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment
– Willingness to travel about 50 % of the time
