You will be supporting the Finnish clients of the Client Services team.
This is a brilliant job opportunity for a Finnish speaking marketing professional to develop their understanding of the design process, from strategy to delivery, your branding and commercial knowledge and to work on some great brands in Finland, the UK, and the rest of Europe.
Purpose of Role
To support the Account Directors and Account Managers
To learn to manage small-medium projects on your own from strategy all the way to implementation
Main Clients
FMCG food and drinks companies in Finland and the rest of Europe
Main Job Responsibilities
Client relationship
Support Finnish speaking marketing Directors and Account Managers on large accounts, building your knowledge of client
business
Manage day-to-day liaison with client
Read the media for topics/brands ascribed to you
Financial Management
Entry of financial information in the project management system (including creating job numbers, estimates,
POs etc)
Update financial trackers / budget summaries / forecast
Create estimates for projects and phases of work
Deal with invoicing
Project Management
Participate in scheduling meetings and resource work for Finnish speaking clients
Prepare status reports, timings and project trackers
Collate all technical information such as cutter guides, ingredients list…
Set up and organise meetings
Participate in briefing designers and design reviews as well as production meetings
In collaboration with the Implementation Manager, manage the implementation phase and production phases of your projects including liaising with printers, repro houses etc.
Briefs and proposals
Prepare materials for briefs and proposals for Finnish clients
Write inspirational briefs
Write project workplans
Business Development
Provide support for Finnish pitches and business development presentations for Finnish speaking marketing clients
In collaboration with designers, create case studies for your projects
Contribute to and implement client development plans (with AD support)
Skills and Competencies
Native level Finnish speaking marketing /design – recent graduate or skilled worker Visa applicants welcomed.
Marketing agency experience and/or relevant degree.

Salary and benefits
£26,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
