CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES – Multilinguals –
= DUTCH + FRENCH or GERMAN (permanent job)
* you MUST be fluent in both DUTCH + French (or German) (written/spoken/read) + excellent command of English.
ROLE SUMMARY:
•
To provide a seamless front line support to key customer for the business.
•
To take ownership, responsibility and initiative for problem solving from initial point of escalation through to mutually satisfactory resolution.
•
To drive increased customer satisfaction through exceptional Customer Care.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
•
Fluency in DUTCH + FRENCH or GERMAN and excellent command of English (spoken/written/read).
•
Previous client and customer satisfaction experience, from a customer focused role
•
Good working knowledge of relevant computer systems, procedures, workflow management and monitoring systems. Proficiency in PC computer skills
•
Demonstrated excellent relationship management skills
•
Demonstrates initiative and a proactive attitude to customer service
•
Exceptional communication skills and an ability to consistently represent the client in a courteous and professional manner

Customer Service Administrator
• Receive incoming calls
• Assist with new customer’s enquiries
• Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
• Be proactive in the area of Customer retention
• Use various internet sites to resolve parcel queries
• Use of excel spreadsheets
• Provide customer support to new and existing customer.
• A good understanding of the Company’s products and business structure.
• Promote the Company at events abroad
• Offer support to all areas of the business.
• Assist the Company in maintaining its goal of World Class Customer Service.
