The Industry standard fee structure for Retained Search Firms is:
30 – 50% of 1st years gross remuneration paid in 3 instalments 1) retainer 2) shortlist presentation 3) confirmed placement.
Nordic Staff have developed their own Retained Search model which is less costly and more efficient than the Industry standard.
