Our client is a London based, Swedish owned consultancy that provides advice on highly complex ownership issues.
They are looking for an experienced PA to support the partners from their Mayfair offices.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE NEEDED:-
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken/written/read) is essential.
• Min. 2 years’ experience as a PA / EA
• Have outstanding general administrative skills.
• Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ideally have experience of basic bookkeeping duties.
• Record all incoming and outgoing invoices
• Create invoices, pay invoices
• Reconcile expenses
• Handle all incoming calls, take accurate messages and forward to relevant person
• In charge of company driver and car
• Manage calendar, book meetings, meet and greet clients
• Book flights and hotels [domestically and internationally]
• Arrange visas
• Research work
