The role is to ensure high-quality general education and care, in line with our ethos, for 2-4-year-olds. The school’s mission is to create a positive and caring environment, diverse outdoor experiences and trips and an active, creative and fun day.
You will need to be a person with energy and a strong interest in Early Years development. A team player who can identify needs and areas of development and take action on daily tasks such as planning activities, observing children and communicating with parents.
Requirements:
– Qualification in Early Years or childcare is required (minimum Level 3)
– Interest in outdoor activities
– Child-centred approach is a must
– Montessori experience desired
– Full proficiency in English plus Swedish
You will be a part of a small team with the responsibility to track and document the development of children using a “planning in the moment” approach. You will be a part of a small school setting with a holistic view of education. Our setting has a strong focus on English as Additional Language (EAL) and experiences with bilingual children would be beneficial.
Salaries and benefits:
The role is full time and permanent.
The salary will be dependent on experience and in the range of £24000-£26500 annually.
6 weeks of holiday per year initially.
