Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representative – Southampton

Our client is a major financial institution with one of the biggest Nordic teams in the UK.

They currently have vacancies for speaking administrators.

Duties:

To process the work of the section accurately and promptly in accordance with set procedures and service standards to a desired level of quality.

Providing translations.
Writing letters.

Person requirements:

Some office experience + native Swedish speaker.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer services skills and be a good team player. They will also be reliable, accurate, able to work at speed and capable of working under own initiative
