Privacy Policy

www.nordicstaff.com  (“the Website”) is a job site operated by Ltd.

This privacy policy explains how we use the personal information that you give us when you register as a Job Seeker with the Website.

If you are just browsing the Website we collect no data other than cookies. The cookie policy is here.

Registration with and use of the Website for job seekers is free. We will process your personal data on the basis set out below as it is in our legitimate interests to do so following your registration.

What Personal Data do we collect?

We collect personal data from you when you register with the Website, use our Contact Form or apply for a job via a 3rd party such as a  job board. This data is necessary to provide you with our recruitment services. The personal data that you supply includes your name and email address. If you decide to upload a CV  or other similar documentation or information we will keep that information for as long you want to keep your account with us.

What do we do with your personal data?

By registering with Nordic Staff Ltd or applying for one of our jobs via a 3rd party it is understood that you are consenting to us processing the data that you have provided and to contact from us about job opportunities for which you may be suited. If you are a job seeker we will, therefore, make your personal data available to our employees for the explicit purpose of helping you to find work.

We will use your personal data to provide you with recruitment services, to manage your account and to email you (usually job alerts and emails) about jobs that are relevant to your fields of interest.

Marketing

Your personal data is not used for any marketing purposes other than to inform you of job opportunities. Our “Nordic Staff News” email is handled by a 3rd party system (MailChimp) who use your name and email address for that service. The “unsubscribe” option on those emails deletes you from that list.

Data Sharing and Transfers

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless those third parties are employers that are offering work that you are interested in. We will seek your consent beforehand.

Nordic Staff Ltd use the services of a data processor (Chameleon-i ) that hosts data on servers which are in the European Economic Area. They are required to process your data in accordance with contracts which comply with data protection legislation.
