Our client is an international business with more than 50,000 employees working in 30 languages. They urgently need a supervisor to lead the Swedish team.
The successful candidate will lead Swedish language advisors who are supporting new users of a premium healthcare solution – one that is focused on helping people to stop smoking.
You will be responsible for ensuring that your team of advisors have the tools and skills needed to support our Consumers in various scenarios; are meeting all targets expected of them in terms of quality, service levels and accuracy; and managing workload and task assignment to ensure that your team works effectively and efficiently.
We will rely on you to lead a high performing team that proactively engages in a meaningful way with our consumers.
Supervisors are true ambassadors for the company. The successful candidate will be pro-active, organized, detail-oriented, analytical and have extensive people management experience. They will also have to work well within a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

Management of shift patterns
Hiring of staff
Using systems to monitor the quality of service
Management to SLA’s and KPI’s
Performance management of agents, creating bespoke personal development/training plans
You will be:
A native level Swedish speaker
Proficient in computer technology and systems
Able to positively influence others
A great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
