The Country Manager (Norway) is a commercial, target driven , marketing professional who will take full responsibility for the P&L of the Norwegian Operation.
The overall responsibility of the Country Manager is to increase revenues and attract as many new customers as possible on a continuous basis. Tasks and responsibilities include:
Complete P&L responsibility for the Norwegian market
Revise and sharpen a full marketing strategy and brand strategy, ensuring that you have an optimal media mix providing a healthy ROI.
Ensuring that all Norwegian communication and investments are “on brand”
Work as a team with other Country Managers and cross departments to optimize and streamline the business.
Acquire new customers and convert them to active customers, broadening the sales funnel.
We’re looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge and experience
A background in leadership, sales and marketing. Ideally experience from gambling
A clear focus on sales and business growth is necessary. Business to consumer experience is preferred
Experience with producing and delivering brand advertising campaigns, especially TV
Experience with creating, implementing and analysing daily data reporting and campaign results with the focus on ROI
Local knowledge of the market and main target group is crucial for success
Language: Norwegian/English and a third language is of preference
Education: University degree
