Our client is an international travel company.
They are currently recruiting for a Finnish language credit controller to join the multilingual team.
Ideally, you will already have experience in credit control but, if you are experienced at telephone-based customer service and are numerate, you may fit this vacancy.
The job:
a) To contact members & affiliates to collect outstanding fees
b) Resolve member and affiliate issues where possible or pass issues to the correct department for resolution
c) To assist the credit controllers working in the Call Centre with queries to aid debt collection and ensure best practice is adhered to.
d) To work alongside the Credit Control Team Lead to ensure all invoices and dunning letters are sent out timely and accurately.
e) To support the Credit Control processes relating to the business
f) Make recommendations for improvements in the collection process where required
g) Any other ad hoc role as required by the Credit Control Team Lead.
The ideal candidate will have:
12 months Credit Control experience
Fluent in English and Finnish
Professional telephone manner
Excel Intermediate
Good communication skills
