We are currently recruiting a Customer Account Manager to look after a portfolio of customers in the North Europe Team.
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of customers meeting their day-to-day requirements
Take responsibility for customer loyalty within the remit of the role
Reassure customers, educate and train them in best practice
Take responsibility for account retention within the remit of the role
Resolve problems efficiently with minimum impact on the customer
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues: gather, interpret and act on information
Essential experience and requirements:
Customer focused
Previous experience in a customer service support environment
Excellent and building and maintaining customer relationships
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Able to take responsibility
Attention to detail and accuracy of work
Responsive and quick to learn and update knowledge
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Planning and organisational skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills ( ideally experience in Excel and Access )
Business Level English
Fluent in any other North European language would be a strong advantage:
Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German, French
