Trilingual Customer Care Agents are responsible for ensuring that every interaction with our customers exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, customer-centric, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a passion for all things beauty, and speak fluent German, English and one other language (Spanish/French/Italian)
Maintain a high level of service awareness and a customer-centric attitude at all times.
Communicate promptly with customers by phone or email.
Deal with complaints where necessary and handle difficult scenarios with professionalism.
Processing orders and returns.
Taking ownership and accountability for each and every call or email.
Ensure that accurate customer data is captured and logged.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Provide regular and quantifiable feedback to the Managing Director of Germany and Head of Customer Care, to drive improvement in the German Market.
SKILLS / ABILITIES
Experience in Customer Service, with previous contact centre experience.
Fluent in business level German and English, written and spoken. A third language is essential, with preference to French, Spanish or Italian.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to prioritise and multitask
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
