Our client is a long established household name in leisure goods.
They now need to appoint a Finnish speaking CSA to their Nordic team immediately
Primary Responsibilities:
? Order taking and management of orders to customer ship dates and monthly sales targets.
? Create invoices
? Facilitate Direct Import order process.
? Effective and timely liaison with retailers regarding status of domestic & direct import orders.
? Effective and timely liaison with other departments to fulfill duties especially sales, Customer
finance, distribution center and planning.
? Assisting cash collection in resolving claims
? Participate in ad hoc departmental or customer improvements.
Major on-going complexities that the position faces on a regular basis:
? Due to the fast paced nature of our retailers and sales team demands it can be challenging to
prioritize the different duties and customers. This position therefore requires a high degree of
flexibility and diplomacy to try to accommodate all requests.
? The team members have to retain a high degree of knowledge about their retailers to be
successful. They must also be good proactive communicators with internal & external customer.
Skills:
? Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
? Preferably AS400 experience & Oracle with accurate data entry skills
? Excellent telephone manner
? Strong written & verbal communication skills.
? Strong organizational skills / ability to prioritize
? Team approach & flexibility
? Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
? Problem solving aptitude
? Fluent Finnish speaker
? Spoken & Written business English essential
