The Finnish speaking customer service representative will be the focal point for customers who are placing orders. The job holder will need to understand the customers’ priorities and ensure that orders are handled in a timely and accurate manner.
The customers manufacturing process depends on timely delivery of these orders; therefore the job holder will use the SAP order processing system

Fluent Finnish speaker
2 years customer service experience
Outstanding communicator
Order processing experience
The preferred candidate will also have:
SAP experience
