I am looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager who can demonstrate the following skills and experience.
5 years (minimum) of office based customer service experience
Native Danish speaker
Extensive experience of managing CRM systems
Team Management Experience
Order administration skills
Logistics administration
Marketing experience
You will need to have strong MS Office skills as you will be managing a team that supports clients via email as well as telephone.
