Customer Service Manager – German Team
Our client, one of the world’s most important healthcare companies, is urgently seeking a German language Customer Service Manager.
In this role you will be managing a team of Customer Advocates to support a defined terratory in all matters related to Customer Service
Outline of responsibilities:
? Responsible for delivery of key KPI’s such as Lost%, Mail-backlog, Complaints handling.
? Actively engage and drive the delivery of the Customer Care vision.
? People management and development, driving monthly EAP sessions
? Represent Customer Care in Regional Management Review Meetings
? Workload management and distribution within team (including vacations and backup planning)
Minimum skills and qualifications required are:
Fluent German speaker
Customer service professional – 4+ years’ experience
Team (8+) leadership experience
Experience of the healthcare sector is preferred.
