Due to the expansion of its 5000+ customer base our client urgently needs to hire a Customer Support Specialist – Swedish language.
Our client is wholly owned by its customers – which makes supporting them both valued and appreciated.
You will be running your own support desk and reporting into the support desk team leader with the objective of helping your nominated accounts to run their businesses efficiently.
Reporting any trend information on the database to ensure escalation of any potential issues.
Assisting customers with any reported customer enquiries.
Facilitate and resolve training queries for customers.
Utilise the pre-defined reports to aid your performance times in responding to customer enquiries.
Develop your database knowledge by keeping updated with all promotional material, including Support Desk briefs.
Qualifications, skills and knowledge:
Excellent knowledge of IT Systems – Microsoft Office Suite
Ideally, have a background in customer service/support
Proven customer relationship management
Excellent written communication skills
Fluent Swedish
