Our client is an internet retailer of high quality accessories based in Manchester this successful International web based retail business is expanding and they now require a Danish speaking Customer Service Admin.
The Job:
– Developing the company’s online presence within Denmark.
– Translating, Copy writing, Editing and Proofreading website content
– Work closely with the Marketing team on promotions, email newsletters, online campaigns for the Danish market.
– Work closely with the Technical team to maintain standards in regards to new development.
– Responding to customers via email and telephone in a professional, courteous manner
Skills/Experience:
– Fluent in Danish
– High command of English
– Some translation experience, but a passion for the written word and enjoy languages and writing.
– Self-motivated, dynamic, hard-working
