We are urgently seeking fluent Danish speakers to work for an international company in Brighton, on the UK’s south coast.
This is a great job opportunity for a fluent Danish speaker who is keen to start working in an office based Customer Service / Technical support job.
Full training will be given.
All interviews via Telephone and Skype (Video Conference Interview)
Candidates need to be able to start quickly after job offer, however there are regular starting dates through the year
THE JOB:
– Assist customers via any questions, queries, problems via phone, email, chat forums
– To provide outstanding support and service to customers at all time in a professional and friendly manner.
SKILLS NEEDED:
? Fluent Danish (speak / write) + good command of English
? Good communication skills (speak / write)
? Comfortable with technology and enjoy new opportunities / keen to learn
? Ability to self manage
? Work well in a team and own initiative
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
The client is open from 8am – 10pm, Monday to Sunday, Working on a shift basis between these hours 7.5 hrs /d over 5 days
