Our client is a major financial institution – they currently have 3 immediate permanent vacancies for Finnish speaking Customer Services staff.
Salary £16.000
DUTIES:
* Receiving and making phone calls from/to brokers/clients and branch office.
* Answering queries about policies, fund values, procedures and providing product/company information
* Processing daily business within deadlines, alongside other team members
* Providing translations, if necessary
* Writing letters/faxes
* Processing annual insurance review documentation for our Finnish clients which will involve preparing calculations, data entry, checking and dispatching documents.
* Cash processing and preparing payments
* Ad hoc administrative duties
PERSON REQUIREMENTS:
= Fluent FINNISH language skills (written / spoken)
= Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
