Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Marketing Manager will play a key role to generate new business partnerships across the sports, music, theatre and media sectors. This role will focus on growth across Germany

Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Marketing
Management of affiliate marketing programs across all major European markets
Development of promotional campaigns and offers
Direct Marketing/ CRM
Driving repeat usage through targeted email and direct mail campaigns
Online Retail
Merchandising of websites to improve online conversion and cross-sell
Social Media
Development and execution of customer acquisition campaigns through social media channels
Novel acquisition channels
Developing strategies to test and optimize novel online and offline marketing channels
paigns
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
• Fluency in German and English
• 3+ sales/marketing experience
• Good Degree
• Goal-orientated and tenacious personality
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail
• Able to coordinate workload and work independently as well as in a cross-functional group
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
