Our client is a major financial institution with one of the biggest Nordic teams in the UK and they currently have vacancies for a German speaking customer service administrator for a 12 month contract.
JOB DUTIES:
– To process the work of the section accurately and promptly.
– Provide full administration services to external customers (oral / writing)
– Providing translations ( as and when required )
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:- :
– Some office/admin experience
– Fluent German (to mother tongue/business level – spoken, written, read ).
– Excellent command of English ( spoken, written, read ).
– Excellent customer services skills
– Able to work well in a team and capable of working under own initiative
– Reliable, attention to detail, able to work at speed
Job location is commutable from:
Southampton / Portsmouth / Fareham / Bournemouth / Hampshire / Eastleigh / Havant / Chichester / Poole / Winchester

Monday – Friday 08.00 – 16.00 Base salary £17.000 – £18.000 pa + benefits . 12 Month maternity cover contract.
