This is a full-time entry-level position that offers German speaking individuals an opportunity to apply their skills in a dynamic work environment while developing well-rounded competencies across key products and services.
It requires you to be a self-starter, work effectively as part of a team, and be willing to support all day-to-day operations inherent to a rapidly growing organisation, as you will be a critical link between customers, sales, business development, and management.
The Job:
• Proactively service and support German speaking clients
• Field incoming calls, handle contractor customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems
• Handle client account management functions, including invoicing and collections
• Proactively analyse customer service processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement
• Research and develop various resources and reference documents for German speaking clients
• Support and participate in the organisation’s Continuous Improvement Program
The Successful Person will have:
UK residency
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Proficient computer skills in programs, ie Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated personal initiative
• Proficient presentation skills
• Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
• 1 – 3 yrs customer service experience
• Desire to assume increasing levels of leadership responsibility
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Language requirements:
Native-level German language
Business-level EnglishSalary: £47,000 – £52,000
