The main function of the Inside Channel Account Manager is to be:
Responsible for the renewal of service and support agreements to existing customers
Generation of sales quotations
Manage the entire service sales cycle from start to finish.
Generate reports for internal use
Ensure the integrity of client information is maintained in the database systems
=== Skills and Qualifications required ===
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English and Danish or Swedish or Norwegian is essential
• Previous experience, ideally in the technological sector is preferable but not essential
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
