Skills/Education
In order to be considered for the position of Nordic Consultant you must have the following skills and education.
A good undergraduate degree or equivalent – finance, business, IT, mathematics or economics are preferred
Fluent in English plus one Nordic country Language (Finnish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian) Nordic Strong numeric, analytical problem solving skills
Exceptional communication skills
A commercial attitude
Experience in a client/customer facing role, or a desire to excel in this area
The Job
As the Nordic Consultant, you will be given immediate responsibility, working directly on exciting and challenging projects and delivering business solutions to clients. You will offer support in a variety of ways, including:
Answering day-to-day client queries and providing creative solutions through our help desk;
Working on large scale projects that optimise our client’s workflows;
Visiting clients in their offices to provide on-site consultation and training;
Training clients at their desks or in groups;
Managing a group of accounts assigned to you, ensuring that the relationship is healthy and that clients are getting the most out of the nordic system.
