Happy Birthday To Us
This month we will be celebrating our 6th birthday so it’s a good time to thank our clients past and present for helping us to get to 6! Thank you.
We will continue to grow – guided by 3 principles
1) The most successful recruiters have the best candidates
2) Marketing attracts great clients – but candidates and service keep them.
3) Reputation attracts the best candidates – candidates attract clients!
So, we grow because we attract good candidates and match them with employers that we are proud to represent. Simple!
Candidate Availability
For the 3rd year there has been a net decrease in the number of Nordics in the UK – and it is the same in our other main markets (Holland, Germany).
Competition for the best candidates is fierce. Demand is steadily increasing whilst supply is not. And that is unlikely to change in the current economic climate.
The good news is that Nordic Staff registered more candidates in the 1st 9 months of 2011 than we did in all of 2010.
Candidate Survey Update
Our completely unscientific candidate survey is now in its 2nd year and has had more than 3600 responses – the UK still tops the list of preferred destinations. Details here
